Mr Woolstencroft was employed as CEO to grow and expand the business including development of new sales channels and restructure of the company to achieve the key objectives defined within the business plan. He undertook this role as an adjunct to developing his passion for adventure travel and as an opportunity to develop a range of skills in a very different industry sector.
In the short time at the company he restructured its operations, launched adventure travel portal, produced several adventure travel races and associated TV programs which aired on the National Geographic Channel. In an ever tightening internet and media advertising market the company achieved significant advances.
