    • Developed operational synergy plan for two TV channels to provide 15% reduction in operational costs
    • Initiated JV plan with an international sports management companies to leverage the company’s 10 year all media rights for Indonesia football (on-air, on-line, off-air). Including 24H Football and Sports channels, player management, commercial/media rights exploitation
