• Global frequency plan and retune using Mentum Planet planning tool.
• Improvement on KPI performance such as HOSR, CSSR, and DCR, both for Siemens and Ericsson equipment.
• Improvement on IRAT HO for 3G KPI.

Responsible for Roll-out Planning and Designing Telkomsel’s network for new site and maintain the traffic condition and performance until KPI accepted.
• Do site investigation survey.
• Design the newsite for its link connection, BTS equipment needed, tower height, antenna type, and all the installation.
• Simulate the planning and design result using planning tools like Tornado/NetAct. Global Mapper, MapInfo.
• Meeting with customer (DRM) to decide which candidate will be approved to built the new site, based on planning data, transmission data, and SITAC data.
• Do re-balancing/mapping TRX from site which have low traffic to be moved to the site which have the high one.
• Make forecast for traffic data one year forward.
• Do commissioning and drivetest using TEMS.
• Optimizing the site by setting the database parameter and activate some features

Network Performance & Technical Quality (NPTQ) Dept:
Responsible for Optimizing Telkomsel (operator)’s existing Network in Indonesia (Sumsel, Jambi, Bangka province) in JPO VAS-2 program.
• Addressing problem areas.
• Analyzing field data and generating reports using Batrana2004 as measurement tools, TEMS Investigation 6.0, MapInfo and in-house tools.
• Change the antenna configuration, tilting, orienting the azimuth, changing frequency of bad cells to improve network quality, and database parameter setting.
• Improve the KPI acceptance value for new site and its adjacents.
• Drivetesting the sites per cluster to improve the RxLevel, SQI, RxQual for overall, reduce pingpong handover, reduce call dropped, reduce interference, and make the call continous smoothly by layering concept.
Responsible for Optimizing Telkomsel’s newsite until Quality Certificate signed in Sumbagsel of Indonesia.
